Our Commitment to HSEQ Standards
The commitment of Concrete Structure (Pvt) Ltd to the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) of our employees and communities we serve has been established in the safety policy with the view of achieving zero harm to people and the environment. We implement, maintain and continually strive to improve our HSEQ Management System.

Health and Safety

Drugs and Alcohol
“Our policy is to employ a work force free from alcohol abuse and the use of illegal drugs. Concrete Structure is committed to maintaining a drug and alcohol-free work environment. We take drug and alcohol abuse as a serious matter and will not tolerate such abuses by prompting the NO CONSUMPTION of these substances, which reduce the work capacity and seriously affect their safety, efficiency and productivity”
Personal Protective Equipment
“ We are committed to ensuring the correct selection, supply, use, replacement, maintenance and training of PPE. PPE is the safety clothing and equipment employees are required to wear or use for their personal protection to minimise risk as it is the last line of defensive against a hazard and potential harm”

Driver Empowerment and Stop Policy
“We encourage all employees especially drivers to act and take authority charge when immediate action is required to correct potentially unsafe conditions or situations. Our staff have both the right and responsibility to stop any work or activity, including driving duties, when they are unable to proceed safely”
